Dylan & Erica’s Place…

Welcome to my blog everyone! I’m Erica and Dylan is my lovely food taster.  At first he LOVED it but now he hates it.  He says he is tired of gaining weight :-).  Well a little bit about me.  I am 23 years old and Dylan and I just got married on June 23,2007.  Dylan is an accountant and I am a computer software consultant. After we got married I decided I wanted to become “that” wife.  I love baking.  I don’t know where I got it from.. probably my father and grandmother and mother.  They all love to bake.  My dad makes cakes / goodies every Sunday morning for my mom.  With his retired time what else does he have to do? My grandmother taught me at a young age how to bake everything from homemade kolaches (Yes the Czech kind.. not the kind you get at Kolache Factory) to homemade cheese rolls.  I absolutely love baking and making goodies in the kitchen.  Hopefully as time goes on I will become a better “cooker” and learn how to work better with new ingredients.
